Veterinary support
Exotic animals deteriorate fast. Having a vet here matters.
Exotic pets can hide signs of illness, so our boarding team pays close attention to changes in appetite, behavior, elimination, and activity. Because boarding is integrated with Nova Pets Health Center, concerns can be escalated for veterinary assessment during staffed clinical hours; emergencies outside those hours may require referral to a 24-hour facility.

Second pet in same cage: +$13/night
Late pickup: After 12:00pm billed as an additional night. Weekend pickup at 6:30pm by appointment only.

Arrive 15–30 minutes early on check-in day to complete paperwork and provide care instructions. Bring your pet's regular food pre-portioned in labeled bags, and any medications with clear instructions.
